Dear Editor, I’m concerned about the way we in Wisconsin are taxed. Kitty Rhoades continues to prioritize cutting taxes for businesses — voting for six bills in the 2005-06 session that gave $44,500,000 in tax cuts to businesses — while recently voting against the Homeowners’ Property Tax Exemption (AB 452, Feb. 26, 2008) which would have restored fairness to our tax code by closing abused corporate tax loop holes and passing the savings on to homeowners in the average amount of $600.
