Letter: Transitional care was perfect fit

Recently, I had a uni-compartmental (partial) knee replacement. Three days later, I was released from intensive care and could have been released to my home. However, since I live alone, I chose to be admitted to Regina Transitional Care Unit where I would continue my recovery in the care of trained professionals.
