Students in Dickinson district score higher than state average

Dickinson Public Schools Superintendent Douglas Sullivan reported during a School Board meeting Monday evening that students in the district scored higher than the state average in an annual proficiency test, but no facility made adequate yearly progress as defined by the Department of Public Instruction.
