Laker girl cagers’ rally falls short

As the weather outside started warming up a bit, the Detroit Lakes girls’ basketball team had their coldest night of the season. The Lakers fell into a 24-point hole in Moorhead Tuesday, after the Spuds piled on the first 19 points of the second half to expand on a 22-17 halftime advantage, which ultimately resulted in a 50-43 loss for DL.
