DL man gets jail for DWI

A Detroit Lakes man was sentenced Tuesday in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of first degree driving while intoxicated Duane Dee Fish, 64, of 817 Summit Ave., Detroit Lakes, was ordered to serve 42 months in prison, stayed on conditions including 180 days in jail and up to seven years of supervised probation. He must also complete community service work in lieu of $1,872 in court fines and fees.Word count: 220
