Physical evidence linking a murder suspect to the crime is a key element in obtaining a conviction — and unfortunately for the prosecution in the murder trial of rural Waubun resident Kenneth Andersen, some of the evidence presented during this week’s testimony didn’t appear as strong as they perhaps would have liked.
