INDIA WORKERS: 14 of 'Cass 23' plead guilty in Fargo

Two groups of the defendants, seven at a time, pleaded guilty to charge of possessing counterfeit documents that they used to obtain employment as welders and pipe fitters. At the same time, supporters of the “Cass 23,” including a Minneapolis congressman and a Lutheran bishop, began a daylong fast to highlight the dilemma of workers they contend are victims of human trafficking.
