WEATHER: Blizzard ends, but wind chill dangers persist

Wind chill warning remains, with dangerous -35 to -50 below wind chills possible through rest of morning
That sunshine is deceiving. Yes, the National Weather Service at 4:01 a.m. canceled the blizzard warning in the Red River Valley and winter storm warnings in Minnesota counties just to the east of the valley. The North Dakota Department of Transportation dropped its no-travel advisory in the eastern part of the state several hours later. And all the main closed roads are open. But there's a little matter of life-threatening wind chills still to deal with.
