Trial date set for men in illegal worker raid

Christopher Glory borrowed from his family in India to scrape together $20,000 to pay a company to help him become a U.S. citizen and secure work at a shipyard along the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina. He pleaded not guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court in Fargo to three felony charges that he is in the country illegally, one of 23 workers who were arrested in a workplace raid last month at the offices of a local construction firm.
