Waterfowl hunt had challenges, but time with Dad worth every second

Here we were freezing our butts off in a 50 mph north wind that was gusting somewhere near hurricane force. I peeped out of my layout blind long enough to see another goose decoy blow across the stubble field. At least the snow had stopped, so I was able to see where it finally came to rest 100 feet from the spread — upside down.
