Winter in the west, rain in the east; Red River minor flood watch, warning continues

Hazardous travel conditions created by a strong low pressure system have reached western North Dakota, as 6 to 12 inches of snow have fallen or will fall in the extreme west by early Monday. In the Red River Valley, though, there's no snow, but flood watches and warnings continue for the Red River.Word count: 219
