BOVINE TB: USDA approves Minnesota's 'split state' testing status

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has approved Minnesota’s 'split state status,' effective Friday, the state Board of Animal Health announced this morning. The announcement comes three years after bovine tuberculosis was detected in northwest Minnesota.
