The Eatbeat: Sioux tailgaters eat well before home football games

Tailgating can be as elaborate or as plain as Sioux fans fancy. Some people buy a package of buns and some brats and throw them on a charcoal grill. Others stroll through the action and then find a place in the big Fighting Sioux Club tent, where food is served free for members. Each week, there is something different.
