Responders’ efforts spare further loss

The Osnabrock Farmers Co-op Elevator in Nekoma, N.D., was moving grain Thursday morning. But about 50 yards to the west, a smoldering mass of blackened and twisted metal was all that remained of the old wooden station where the grain used to be cleaned and dried.
