HYDROLOGIST: Recent snow should have minimal impact on flooding probabilities

The recent blast of winter weather that dumped snow on the region, much of it in the Red River-feeding southern valley, should have a minimal impact on the probability of spring flooding in and around Grand Forks, according to a National Weather Service hydrologist.
