Flood outlook unchanged after recent snow in valley

The recent blast of snow that dumped over the region, much of it in the Red-River-feeding southern valley, should have a minimal impact on the probability of spring flooding in and around Grand Forks, according to a National Weather Service hydrologist.Word count: 311
