BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS: Concerned landowners meet with MnDNR commissioner; special deer hunt begins today

The Department of Natural Resources is going ahead with a special deer season that begins Saturday near Skime, Minn., but the agency's top official said today the DNR is committed to exploring options beyond killing deer to reduce the spread of bovine tuberculosis in northwestern Minnesota.
