The sister of Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. hugged and forgave a juror Sunday who sentenced her brother to die. Ileanna Noyes, who spoke publicly for the first time about the death penalty's effect on her family, said a juror approached her after the talk and said he regretted his decision.
