If you've been running around to the church suppers in the area, perhaps you've gotten a taste for those wonderful “Swedish” meatballs that are often served. If so, why don't you try to make them yourself? This recipe is from Melody Nord of Grand Forks. It is said to be a traditional Norwegian recipe from the Nord family and was published in a little book called “The Melting Pot” published by the Grand Forks Herald. Sounds good to me:
