Developer expresses interest in former Minnesota school

Nearly four years after closing, the former Gonvick, Minn., school is being partly demolished to make the property more useable for a possible apartment building and assisted-living facility, said Diane Lehse, superintendent of the Clearbrook-Gonvick School District.
