Approved plan keeps oil drilling out of view from Elkhorn Ranch

Visitors to the historic Elkhorn Ranch in Theodore Roosevelt National Park won’t have to worry about oil rigs spoiling their view after the North Dakota Industrial Commission on Tuesday approved a plan that will keep drilling activity about two miles away from the ranch.
