New Minnesota law allows more childhood abuse lawsuits

Right now, in Minnesota, anyone over the age of 24 who alleges they were abused when they were a child has no standing to file a civil lawsuit. But the bill lifts that statute of limitations entirely for civil claims against the abusers.
