Red River may have crested in Drayton

The Red River crest appears to be on its way out of Drayton, N.D., based on National Weather Service data. As of 6 p.m. Thursday, the latest forecast shows it was at 39.79 feet, part of a gradual fall since the apparent crest of 39.94 feet on Wednesday.
