All of ND under winter storm warning; Xcel repositioning crews in case of outages

A winter storm warning has been issued for the Red River Valley until Monday at 8 a.m. The warning, issued by the National Weather Service at 6:25 a.m. today, covers all of North Dakota and western Minnesota. Significant snow is expected late tonight through early Monday.
