Curtis Wanberg, a pilot for Haverfield Aviation, an aerial power line inspection, maintenance and construction support company based in Gettysburg, Pa., expected to string six separate wires over a stretch of about 4 miles — about 22,000 feet in all — in an area some 20 miles southwest of Grand Forks.
