Center for Self-Growth and Renewal Announces New Independent Provider

Carrie Serna has joined the Center for Self-Growth and Renewal, PC as an independent provider. She comes to the Center as a knowledgeable professional who has 15 years of experience working with an adult population. She has extensive experience working in residential, hospital and university settings, and for the last 9 years has worked at a Community Mental Health Center. Carrie completed her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of North Dakota in 2003. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a member of the American Counseling Association. Carrie has experience treating clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety and panic, mood disorders, work and relationship problems, poor self-esteem, stress, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder, crisis intervention/prevention and serious and persistent mental illnesses. She is trained and experienced in providing dialectical behavior therapy as well as group therapy.
