Heritage amendment stands to top conservation agenda

An outdoor heritage fund that would dedicate $10 million in annual oil revenues for conservation and a push to increase the budget for the state Game and Fish Department stand to be among the biggest conservation-related issues on the agenda when North Dakota lawmakers convene in Bismarck. This year’s legislative session begins Tuesday.
