Berg doesn't concede as Heitkamp squeaks out apparent win in U.S. Senate race

With all 426 precincts reporting in unofficial results early today, former North Dakota attorney general Heidi Heitkamp appeared to win with a razor-thin lead of less than 1 percent over U.S. Rep. Rick Berg for the state’s open U.S. Senate seat, with the winner potentially determining the balance of power in the Senate. Berg declined to concede until the count becomes official.
