Grand Forks man convicted of murder up for parole

Alvin “Bill” Englehart pleaded guilty in 1992 to killing Shirley Stigal in exchange for a sentence of 38 years in prison. He is expected to appear before the parole board when it meets in Bismarck, said Tim Tausend, a spokesman for the state prison.Word count: 827
