Power still out for some, slick roads led to crash

Snow and rain continued to fall in the northern Red River Valley Friday after the first winter storm moved through the area Thursday morning. The snow is expected to taper off later in the evening, according to Bill Barrett, a meteorological technician with the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks.
