Agency considers sales of Minot 'flood housing'

Some of Minot's temporary flood housing units could end up being donated or sold. North Dakota U.S. Sen. John Hoeven says the Federal Emergency Management Agency is drafting a policy to allow the trailers to be donated to the city or a nonprofit agency. They could also be sold to low-income residents.
