It now appears that Congress will fail to deliver a Farm Bill to support our nation’s agriculture producers, rural communities and the least fortunate among us. As the Senate passed a bill on an overwhelming bipartisan basis, the fault for inaction falls squarely at the feet of the House of Representatives.Word count: 524
