Bomb threat causes brief Minneapolis evacuation

Minneapolis police briefly evacuated a downtown building after a bomb threat at a bank. A suspect is in custody. Minneapolis Police Inspector E.M. Frizell says a male in his mid-20s entered the M&I Bank on Nicollet Mall at about 12:30 p.m. and indicated he had a bomb and a gun.
