Bismarck man pleads not guilty to criminal trespass after allegedly found wearing homeowner's clothes
A homeless man accused of breaking into a Bismarck home and putting on the clothes of the woman who lives there has pleaded not guilty. The Bismarck Tribune reports that 48-year-old Richard Summers pleaded not guilty Monday to a felony criminal trespass charge.Word count: 117
