ND Republican PSC candidate may get appointment

The Republican candidate for North Dakota's Public Service Commission has a shot at an appointment to the job he's already running for. Hazen state Sen. Randy Christmann is campaigning for a PSC spot that became vacant last week. Incumbent Republican Tony Clark resigned. The North Dakota Constitution has prevented Christmann from being considered for the opening.
