UND, NDSU public health program finds much to study in Oil Patch

“In the western part of the state, communities desperately need support” to identify effective means of providing health care services, said Raymond Goldsteen, director of the Masters of Public Health program at UND. UND and North Dakota State University, which are starting their joint Master of Public Health degree program in the fall, plan to partner with the state, hospitals in the Oil Patch and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, he said.Word count: 446
