Storm briefly shuts down Twin Cities Aiport

Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has reopened after a heavy downpour briefly suspended flights. The Star Tribune reports no planes moved in or out of the airport for about 15 minutes Thursday morning because of rain and winds.
