Canadian man arrested with ecstasy pills at border

A Canadian man was arrested Thursday for trying to cross the Pembina, N.D., port of entry with 28 ecstasy pills, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Robert Wayne Mills, 44, of Richmond, Quebec, was attempting to enter the U.S. in a commercial semi when he was stopped for inspection, where officers discovered two Ziploc bags with the pills.
