Here comes the snow: Winter storm warning in effect through early Monday

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a winter storm warning for much of eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota until 3 a.m. Monday. According to the weather service, a storm system moving east from central Montana will drop between 4 and 6 inches of snow between the Canadian and South Dakota borders. The greatest snowfall amounts are expected along the Highway 2 corridor, and some areas might see more than 6 inches.
