N.D. tax official: Lawmaker Kelsch of Mandan won't get favors

The Tax Department has put a $304,000 tax lien on Mandan state Rep. RaeAnn Kelsch and her husband Thomas D. Kelsch. North Dakota Tax Commissioner Cory Fong says the Republican state lawmaker won't get favored treatment on her overdue income tax bill.
