For many jobless in Minnesota, time's up

Those affected are the long-term unemployed -- folks who already exhausted their initial 26 weeks of state benefits and the 47 weeks of "federal emergency unemployment" that follow. Minnesota was one of the few states in the nation to provide a final 13 weeks of "extended benefits" as a last security net. Now it's gone.Word count: 765
