The warm temperatures and lack of snowfall so far this winter have had wide-ranging impacts — some good, some not-so-good
It’s quite a change from last year, when the region was blanketed in deep snow and wildlife professionals already were offering ominous predictions about the impact of severe weather on deer and pheasants.
