Hazardous weather outlook issued for much of eastern N.D., northwestern Minnesota

Today a band of light snow from Pembina to Crookston to Park Rapids will move slowly to the east. Additional accumulation is anticipated to be one inch or less. Patchy dense fog is expected through mid-morning and will decrease visibility down to one quarter of a mile.Word count: 366
