Romney sidesteps tax dispute; Gingrich dives in

With Washington deadlocked, Mitt Romney refused to say Wednesday whether Congress should approve a short-term payroll tax cut extension for 160 million workers — the latest pressing policy debate the Republican presidential hopeful has sidestepped.
