Delta cancels flights in Devils Lake

Airline switches to bigger jets, says can’t land on short runway when windy
City officials said the airport only got 30-hour notice that Delta is using CJR-200 jets now. On Wednesday, two flights were canceled and passengers were bused between Devils Lake and the Jamestown, N.D., airport. Devils Lake is planning to extend the runway, but it won't be done for some time.
