National test shows Minnesota kids still above average in reading, math

Minnesota students generally remain above average in math and reading, but several other states are pulling ahead, according to the results of a new national test released today. The scores are from the National Assessment of Educational Progress, called "The Nation's Report Card," which tests the nation's fourth and eighth graders every two years.
