Winnipeg Jets' Byfuglien charged with boating while intoxicated
Dustin Byfuglien, a Minnesota native, was charged with third-degree boating while intoxicated, a gross misdemeanor carrying a penalty of up to a year in jail, and refusing to submit to a test.
