WEATHER: First frost moves in

A cold front that arrived in the Red River Valley on harsh northwest winds late morning Monday is expected to drop temperatures to the low 30s by early Wednesday, especially north of N.D. Highway 200, said Vince Godon, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Grand Forks.Word count: 243
