White House's plan to fight U.S. terror short on new ideas

The Obama administration's new strategy to fight the threat of al-Qaida and other violent radicals in the U.S. is short on details and fails to name a single point of coordination for all of the various initiatives at the federal and local levels, said lawmakers who have asked the government for years to develop a plan for the homegrown terror threat.
