Coal mine foes say North Dakota regulators should step aside

Opponents of a proposed coal mine near South Heart in southwestern North Dakota say Kevin Cramer and Brian Kalk have received campaign contributions from an executive of the company that owns the coal reserves and should step aside from making any decisions on the mining permit.
